Deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion are mandatory platform features. cricex may impose limits on any account in the interest of player protection.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements published at the time of offer. Misuse of promotional terms results in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cricex ("cricex", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing cricex.im, creating a player account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using cricex and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments posted in accordance with Section 11.

Where age verification fails, cricex will close the account and return net deposits after deducting any bonus amounts received.
2.4 Pakistani players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation on cricex complies with the laws of Pakistan and their local jurisdiction. cricex does not provide legal advice to players in Pakistan or any other territory.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one cricex account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether identified by the same mobile number, CNIC, payment method, device fingerprint or household IP address — are prohibited and subject to immediate closure with forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number linked to your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cricex will never request your password by SMS, email or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access is your sole responsibility.
3.4 cricex reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without stating a reason.
4.1 All player account balances on cricex are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied when depositing via Easypaisa, JazzCash or Pakistani bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah).
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated without notice. Players should review the current Cashier terms before initiating any transaction.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in your name where the original method is unavailable. cricex does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.4 cricex reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal refusal.
4.5 Deposits made using funds that are proceeds of crime, money laundering or any other illegal activity are strictly prohibited. cricex cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transaction activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
5.1 All bets placed on cricex are subject to the specific rules of the product concerned: cricket betting, live casino, slots or any other game category. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
5.2 A bet is considered accepted and binding only once cricex's system issues a confirmation. cricex does not guarantee that any bet instruction will be accepted and reserves the right to void or decline bets at its absolute discretion, including where:

6.1 cricex may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and minimum odds restrictions, which are published alongside the offer.
6.2 Bonuses are credited in PKR to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
6.3 cricex reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, and to recover bonus funds where misuse, abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets across accounts and arbitrage strategies designed to generate risk-free bonus conversion.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the cricex platform.

10.2 cricex does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of malware. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability. Bets confirmed prior to an outage will be honoured once systems are restored.
10.3 cricex's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the net deposits held in your account at the time the claim arises.
cricex reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on cricex.im for a minimum of seven days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cricex holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved by the cricex internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction. Pakistani players acknowledge that they are subject to the laws of Pakistan in relation to their personal participation in online gambling activities.
