To close your account, go to Account Settings and select "Close Account", or email [email protected] with your registered mobile number and a closure request. Any PKR balance will be returned to your verified Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet before the account is closed. Closure is irreversible unless you request re-opening after a cooling-off period.
